Whatever the Motor the shaft it contains, that should be precise and between centered, From Edge to Edge it should be perfectly aligned, if its not aligned well even a difference in mm, it may result in Vibration, Shock in Motot, too much Sound while running and fast motor burning.

Reason 2.

Poor Quality Raw Materials & Low Magnitude Flux.

The Stator and Rotor depends much on the performance of the motor, Some Manufacturers Purchase Scrap and rewinds and sell, This may be cost effective but that’s not safe for you, Sometimes a Stator which was burnt by electric failure cannot be rewind, if its rewind then after sometimes it may generate shock and even it damages the machinery too wherever the motor is using.
